I don't understand this. if it's for kids, I can't say I've heard of kids needing extra fiber but if it's for adults then why is it candy?

Not necessarily. Chicory root is a prebiotic fiber, doesn't cause "bulk", but it's healthy for the intestinal bacteria.

These gummies are awful to me; I was expecting something actually like a gummy bear or other gummy vitamins I've had, but these are closer to Mott's fruit snacks in texture and are horrendously sticky. Not a fan, but if you do like Mott's fruit snacks, you'll love these.
