Not like people are breaking their necks to buy miter saws... But I was just joking... I did buy two Baker style scaffold for $150 each use them and resole for $175 each... I guess I'm sort of a scum

Very nice find. But I still prefer the portability of 10" sliders. I had a Dewalt 12" slider. It was way heavier and bulkier but not many occasions where the tasks could not be done with a 10" one.

For future reference..does online lowes price reflect what it is in store or do you need to drive to physical location and verify?

Dang, I was just looking at sliding miter saws today because there were no good deals on Black Friday and I need one now. Was going to just go to Lowes or Home Depot tomorrow and buy one at full price, then this pops up... 4 minutes before the Lowes that has 3 of them closes 😭 Hopefully they have some left in the morning and some d-bag doesn't buy them all.

12" sliding is heavy and you may need a fixed spot in garage with a good dust collection system for it. If portability is something you consider, I suggest you look at 10" sliding like Ryobi which was less than $100 a few days ago.

The brickseek link provided will tell you the price in store. Not lowes.com

Brick seek said my local store had four left at $164, I got there and I was able to buy the very last one. Over the moon! I can finally retire my 20 year old standard 10 inch Makita. No more rotating 4x4s for me!
