A few things worth noting:
* This appears to be the same version I have that cannot see wires, cords, shoes, etc., in front of it. Not a deal breaker, but I have noticed that mine frequently eats charging cables and I have to fish them out of it. The upgraded version (I think it is called Pro +) has the ability to see those, but is often $50-$100 more expensive.
* It works extremely well on wood floors but I have noticed that (similar to other robovacs) gets stuck at the edge of carpeted stairs because it thinks it is falling down and calls for help (via the app and audible alerts)
* Integrates well with smart hubs to tell it to go specific rooms. However, the app is good but a little glitchy when creating specific rooms. It is sometimes difficult to draw room lines and you might end up having to settle for less rooms than you actually have.
* It is very temperamental about moving the charging base. If it is moved, it ignores the previous map.
* It can only map 2 levels / floors of your home, so if you have 2 levels + a basement, one of them will not be mapped (though it will still vacuum, it just won't know where it is).
Other than the notes above, it has saved me a ton of time vacuuming and emptying the dust bin frequently is nice. It beats my other robovac (shark with auto-empty) hands down on vacuuming, but in my testing it does not perform nearly as well as a Roborock 4, 5, or 7 (all of which are more expensive for the vacuum by itself, and the 4/5 do not have auto empty bins). I bought it because it is the best balance of price and performance, and for that reason it is still a part of my home cleaning arsenal.

If this is your price ceiling I'd recommend the yeedi vac station over this. That's regularly $349 on discount.

Spare bags can be purchased on Alibaba for much cheaper with equal quality. I replace the bags maybe 2-3 times/year since having purchased it.
My biggest issue is that it will lose the map and I haven't really tried to figure out why - and sometimes, the map will just magically re-appear in the app.
I'd recommend it and would buy it again. Just need to get the mapping to be retained by the app.
- I've been using my Ecovacs Deebot 907 and absolutely love it compared to my old Roomba. Love the app as well. The only pain is having to manually empty the dust bin, so I've been waiting for a good deal on this automated version. Fingers crossed, it works without any manual intervention.
- I also have the Roomba Braava M6 and really dislike it. The app stinks, the spray jet constantly gets clogged, and the thing runs around all over the place like it's lost. No live mapping really stinks. Hopefully this Ecovacs version mops much better.
One review said you have to remove the water reservoir and mopping pad before the unit docks. Can anyone confirm? Thanks.
