Mine lasted 1.8 million square feet of cleaning before a sprocket went. I tried to fix it but no joy.

I recommend

Mop doesn't work and pretend it doesn't exist

Not on the website but on here, at least on my mobile devices, the pictures are showing it 1/2 the height the robot actually is.
Mine worked great until the battery went bad and the whole "send it to our recommended 3rd party company to tune it up and see what the cause is and they'll sell you the battery if needed" part made me abandon it.

Why not just replace the battery yourself?

Short battery life per run. So frequent returns if you have a large cleaning area.

Dont do it. After one year, I kept getting "main roller brush stuck" errors on carpet only

have one that runs daily for 4 yrs and still going. bought another just for when it goes out if that tells you anything.
