Thanks for the response, but I actually just tried it. Since they allow you to choose how much you'd like to pay with ebt, it allowed me to pay the remainder with PayPal, which triggered the coupon. So just anyone else is wondering, yes this works with ebt, so long as you pay at least a dollar or something via PayPal.

Worked for me. No issues. Just switched to paypal and logged in. When it returned back to instacart the promo was added. Thanks!

It will show "This offer had been added to your account".

I had that happen to me where out of stock items caused my order to go below the order minimum threshold, but the coupon still applied. I wonder if Instacart will fix that. I hope not.

Look for Instacart Express trials. Do a search on SD or see if your CC offers a benefit for it.
