I totally agree. After I submitted my license with only name and address, as well as credit card with only last 4 of the number showing, they sent yet another email to ask for a screenshot of my PayPal activity. It's more info than I would like to share via email with a company that supposedly already has it😅

This is ridiculous, outrageous and downright extortion. You should fight back. I know someone who fought back and complained to BBB and their trust and safety team had to apologize and unfreeze the account and stop with the demands for confidential information. Google it. This is not new, whats happening to you. Fight back. That is the only way.
