The product page says it's a 6 count of dual pack bottles so you should receive 12 bottles total. Did you check for the coupon under subscribe & save? I only see it on that option, not the "one time purchase" option.
And a lot of the time Amazon takes them out of the original box (because they're visibly leaking through the box, I imagine) and tosses them in a plain plastic bag. Where they continue to leak.

The product image says dual pack on the bottle and the first question on the Q&A section asks whether you get 6 or 12 bottles. Answers say 12 bottles.

You should get 6 of those dual packs. If you don't, Amazon is good about refunding for mistakes and they usually let you keep the product too.
I did see the "Dual Pack" in the pictures, but in the item listing header it has "(6 ct Pack, 1.62 fl oz Bottles)". That made it a little confusing especially when I don't know the fluid size of each bottle.
I was in the S&S option, but had no coupon to apply. Not even in single purchase option.
