I wanted to get this last year but thought $20 was too much for....got it now for $12. That's 40% off!

Not available for online order. Check you the tool vise section and the clearance section.

In my local NYC Kings Plaza Lowes, It was in the Clearance section. It was bit banged up and scratched, maybe even used....but I'll scratch it, bang it and use it even more when I'm holding it agains the floor and cutting pipe, pvc or wood!

Agree with previous, but if you are asking, chances are you aren't the best candidate for yet another tool you have to remember where you put it or that you even have it, to use one time (no offense, we are all guilty!). Bit of a specialty, when fairly easy work-arounds exist. Probably why it's discounted in the first place. I mean, stop, remember where I put it, walk 100 yards total to retrieve it, or bushwhack the pipe and be done. Reps to OP either way!

dont trust BS as i was at lowes yesterday and there was a pile of these in the tool section but BS reports OOS...go to the store...watched the video of this product and it looks interesting...just hang on the wall for quick access...what could be easier...$20 is a steep price but the sale price of $12 with lowes 5% makes it a better deal...thanks genemats

I've seen this tool for quite some time, never bought it though.
Personally I think it's a great device especially to cut pipe which is more likely roll when cutting. Unfortunately posted item is not discounted close enough to me.

I concur. I grabbed one, i do not use it for its intended purpose. I use it for cutting when using paper weight items due to how heavy it is.akes cutting vinyl and signs much easier

I use this frequently in my job as an HVAC technician to cut things like 4x4 redwood lumber, unistrut, conduit, etc and it works very nicely. Probably no use for a homeowner.

+1 looks like a useful tool if you have to cut a lot of pipe. Seems like any other use they advertise is easily served by something you'd have lying around.

I have the triangle one and a square one. I think I've used one of them once. The other one probably zero. They make nice shop wall art though.

Even when using a table to cut pipe, you need a vise or clamp to hold it in place while your cutting it with a sawzall.
