Total tech support, Look at Mr. Moneybags over here. Joking aside, I believe GameStop has 10 chilling reign packs for $29 as well today.

With in store pickup
Cost me $11.92.
We looked into actually playing and tried building a battle deck from the 100's of cards that he already has but discovered that he didn't have enough of one type of Pokemon to make one. Like he only had 2-3x basics, or 2x stage 1's, no stage 2's, etc. We did get some premade V Battle decks for him for xmas so we can actually play some matches but when it comes to these booster packs I have no idea what to get. Only thing I know is some are more recent releases than others, but not sure how much that matters.

a deck consists of 60cards. but you can also play using 40cards. for item cards ONLY use potions and pokeballs. (getting into using trainers/ stadiums is a bit more tricky). and keep to 1-2 element types. so half your deck should be energies and the remainder can be your pokemon.
do not buy these packs expecting to build decks. these are soley for kids to rip something open or for those chasing specific cards.
lastly... if you need cards, ive got 4200 c/unc all boxed up I can ship you if interested.

So much for being hard to find.

Think my population density + how many flippers here make it rare to find more than 5-10 packs unweighted.
