I never said it couldn't be cleaned, I wasnt going to clean a fabric cover daily.

Open box excellent certified is $595!
When I looked at it, the glossy screen and fabric cover were turnoffs. Seems like a good deal otherwise.

Everything was great but the cover, I'm pretty darn clean and after a week it was already dirty. Returned it.

Performance issue was there with Ryzen processors but those have been already addressed by Microsoft and AMD, by releasing drivers and bug fixes. Not heard of heating issue.

look up the reviews on bestbuy. few people are complaining about the heating issue.

May be it's possible the user didn't upgrade all the drivers, windows update and Lenovo Bios released for Windows 11 fixes, causing that erratic behaviour.

Thanks for posting this I bought this a couple weeks ago and was able to price match it. I like the computer alot, not a fan of the fabric cover though.
