Rather than this buy the Google Stadia for $22. It comes with the Controller, Chromecast Ultra and a 20W USB C fast charger

The sad part it even the Slickdeals editor doesn't know how nonsensical that description is.

And just to clarify for everybody, it's a USB-C charging block. It has no USB-A port. It does not come with a cable. It can fast-charge an iPhone using a USB-C to Lightning charging cable.

I love this thing and it's only $15 or so. A steal. Give this to anyone who has an iPhone and they'll love you. I got three 6' USB-C to Lightning cables on Amazon for $9.99. Works great.

The product listing is a little iffy. It says, "Features power Type A on the first end and USB-C on the second end connectors." The only photo available on the Staples site doesn't show the front of the adapter, so there is no way to know what port it has, other than product listing headline. I imagine it's probably what the headline says. I'm just sick of slipshod product descriptions.

I have seen these sporadically at TJ Maxx/Marshalls/Sierra stores in my area for $12.99. Actual Apple USB-C, original retail packaging, hand to God.
(No Apple cables though)

But if you need something for Saturday, this is a good sure thing
