With that fan, the person inside the bathroom pooping doesnt hear his farts. Everyone outside doesnt hear the fan but the farts.
It's cheaper than that for the 3-pack. I purchased it and, like others are saying, it really does work. I want to say it was on coupon for $10 but I don't want to mislead anyone without my receipt handy.
