Yes, that's the promotion for free shipping with Prime.

THANKS! Worked for me ..PLUS I added to other s&s items for 15% discount instead of 5. Btw, I did have to select S&S fir coupon to pop up (it usually shows but didn't till tapping s&s box). So THANKS!

This link and price goes to the 5.8oz cleanser, not the 12oz. That makes a pretty big difference, because although I can apply the 35% off to the 12oz, it does not bring it down to 3.29.

It's $2.75 + tax for me. Yes, it's the 8.5 oz cleanser, but I can't touch the 25 count Neutrogena Towelettes alone for that price, so it's a slick deal getting the cleanser free.
