This adjustable 50 set only goes up and down in increments of 5 lbs. With that said, you could potentially buy some cheap 2.5lb iron plates off Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace, super glue on some rare earth magnets, and you will then have some cheap, DIY 2.5lb weights that you can easily add or remove from the adjustable 50lb set.

As far as I know, you can only do that with the Powerblock Personal Trainer set, which sometimes goes on sale for $299 at Woot (used to be $199 before the pandemic). The Personal Trainers have 2.5lb chrome cylindrical "adder" weights that can be removed to go up or down in 2.5lb increments.

I'd wait for the personal trainer set (with 2.5 pounds increment) at the same price.
Walmart has cap adjustable 25lb for 114. Saw it in the store yesterday. Had seen a deal posted for that too. Ymmv though

Good comparison of all models.
The 24 doesn't feel as "tight" meaning you can feel a slight jangle during some movements. Also the handles for the non expandable after not thick enough. If you prefer a wider grip get the expandable versions.
The caps set that goes up to 25 and is on sale through Walmart
These are good, not great, deals considering inflation, supply chain issues, and post-pandemic life.
These powerblocks were much cheaper before the pandemic, even when factoring for inflation, as people bought up the supply when they had to work out home during lockdowns. The prices have since gone up and haven't come back down, and very likely may never get back to pre-pandemic pricing levels.
2.5lb wrist weights is an option.
