On the other hand, Sekiro is also on sale at $30 at Stadia, the exact same price on Steam. Not sure why it's not listed here, but I might buy that game for the same reason.
If people stop thinking about ownership of console and games but more like subscription or even movie rental, playing games on stadia is incredibly cheap if you can manage the limitations of streaming in general.

The same thing if MS/Sony decide to shut down xbox/ps.
Fwiw, the TOS mentions refunds and all.
Google's got a "bad faith" impression cause they closed a ton of free services, but no one remembers MS does the same.
The someplace else might also need you to buy >$300 h/w to play the games. And if you already have the h/w then what are you doing in this thread

I did not know google's TOS states, they issue refunds for purchases if the service ever shuts down. So thats good to know.

In the past on Google play. I've purchased some apps that were later removed totally from play store. Google refunded me the purchase. 6 months after the apps were no longer available. Maybe they will do the same with stadia, if stadia ever goes under.

I mean this assumes it's not one of the games tied to always online, some of which have been single player games.
