On one of my devices which had charger port issue also stopped vibrating. After running vibrate diagnosis on dial pad, I did the next thing I could think of, which is to delete partitioned cache. Not only did this fix vibrate but it also fixed the charging port. So when you start to assume it's hardware, always delete partion cache to ensure it's an actual hardware issue.

However, aggressive moves by T-Mobile to migrate their existing network towards 5G support means phones like this are likely to provide a poor experience on T-Mobile:

Also consider that this phone is nearly a feature-for-feature equivalent of a phone like the Samsung A32 5G. The A32 5G doesn't suffer from the aforementioned network issue on T-Mobile, and as a bonus the A32 5G is generally available for free (with contract requirements) to T-Mobile customers.
