I just bought the subcompact drill and driver kit, with two batteries ("open box") from ebay for $80.00 shipped last night. What about the drill are you disappointed with?

For what its worth, it looks like other brands' subcompact brushless drills are also on sale for $99.
The drill is the only thing I'm a little disappointed with. The chuck isn't great compared to the bosch and slips on drill bits from time to time.
