That being said, the pill form is fantastic. I use it daily with a 10,000mg biotin pill and my hair has grown a lot, at least 5 inches in the last year. It's water soluble, so drink plenty of water.
Keep it mind, it takes at least 3 months to start seeing the effects.
If you need additional proof, you can easily search "are gummy vitamins less effective" and get your answer.

The reason why I'm saying I'm the source is because I knew a chemical engineer that worked for a big brand say they don't work nearly as well. It's basically candy. Coupled with the fact that multiple sources say they don't even contain the correct amount of mgs per serving.
I'd stay clear, but hey. Each to their own.
