Slick deal, indeed! You might want to add "Target" to the title. (It took me a minute to realize this isn't an Amazon deal.) Reps and TU to you.

Seriously, never choose gummies over the actual pills in any scenario. The bioavailability is really poor. It's basically a candy with a little more benefits.

That being said, the pill form is fantastic. I use it daily with a 10,000mg biotin pill and my hair has grown a lot, at least 5 inches in the last year. It's water soluble, so drink plenty of water.

Keep it mind, it takes at least 3 months to start seeing the effects.

I'm the source because I typed it. That only works on Reddit.

If you need additional proof, you can easily search "are gummy vitamins less effective" and get your answer.

take with a grain of salt. one article and small n. But then again levels measured were twice as high and they did perform a cross over

Funding

(1) Unrestricted grant from Church & Dwight, Inc., Princeton, NJ; (2) NIH Grant # UL1 TR000062 and UL1 TR001450.

The owners of Vitafusion, a line of vitamins that only makes gummies, was the funding in this project.

The reason why I'm saying I'm the source is because I knew a chemical engineer that worked for a big brand say they don't work nearly as well. It's basically candy. Coupled with the fact that multiple sources say they don't even contain the correct amount of mgs per serving.

I'd stay clear, but hey. Each to their own.

The owners of Vitafusion, a maker of gummies, sponsored this project.
THIS. Absolutely this is important. There is an incentive here to produce positive results but unless you're saying that these researchers completely fabricated their results (which can occur in rare situations but is not the norm), these data are still an objective measure.

This is an inescapable part of medicine and healthcare. It is a profit driven field whether we're talking about prescription medications or the less regulated supplement market. Companies don't research or invent out of good will alone.

I don't think they fabricated their results, but I definitely believe it's heavily cherry picked.

There's no incentive for Vitafusion to give them cash to show how their vitamins are worthless to the masses.

When it comes to choose a brand especially when it comes to supplements as they assist in health of the human body it becomes very difficult as there are many unauthentic products available in the market to con people around and play with their health and to get saved from those fake products Nature's bounty products are now in a huge variety to offer people with a huge amount of products related to several vitamins and minerals supplements.

The same HSN vitamins are cheaper at BJs FWIW. $11 for 220 is 5 cents/ea. This deal is 5.12 cents/ea.
