Coca-Cola.com Offers FAQ, (Formerly My Coke Rewards [MCR]):

- How may I contact them?- When does the promotion end?

There is no specific end date for the program.

- Inactivity

Each particular Coke promotion may have its own activity clause.

- Participating Products:
Barq's, Coke, Coke Zero, Dasani, Diet Coke, Fanta, Fresca, Mellow Yellow, Minute Maid Lemonade, Pibb, Sprite, Seagram's, Tab. (Powerade & Zero & Minute Maid Juices in the big black caps no longer have UTC codes.)

- Values:
Point values per code are no more, All codes are equal value, but check promotion. Check packaging for a MyCokeRewards Label! Not all Coke packages have the MCR logo, (i.e. 6-pack w/glass bottles).
However, in Coke's Give Program to schools, codes still have different values to school donations, see wiki below!

- List of Accepted MCR Letter & Number Code Characters & Character Substition

There are 25 total characters, (letters or numbers only), that are accepted in 14-character MCR codes, (out of 36 available, A-Z, and 1-0). Five of the characters may also be input as substitutions for other similar-looking characters. Either upper- or lower-case letters are accepted. The available characters are:

Letters: B F H J K L M N P R T V W X (No C D E G* I O* Q S* U* Y Z)
Numbers: 4 5 6 7 9 0 (No 1 2 3 8*)

* The five accepted substitute characters for similar-looking characters:
  • B = 8
  • V = U
  • 5 = S
  • 6 = G
  • 0 = O (Zero, '0', is the officially accepted character according to MCR error messages; letter 'O' is the substitute.)

- ask friends/family/neighbors/co-workers to save
- dumpster diving
- jumping out of cars upon seeing flaps on the side of the road
- referring a friend on the site
- ask Maids to save for those who travel
- ask recycling centers to save
- purchase on eBay
- sporting events, zoos, parks, etc
- make trades
- become buddies with vending machine stockers
- become the vending machine stocker

Is anyone getting anything from the Cinemark contest since the first day? I got a 50% off and a friend got a 44 oz drink the first day, but family and friends who have played since then using AMOE haven't gotten anything?

That's what's weird, they didn't get the entry reward, they haven't gotten anything from the start. I know the odds of winning the other prizes are terrible, so I guess since they didn't get the 50% off or 44 oz drink on their first play now they aren't going to get anything probably?

No clue. Every registrant should receive a reward. It might be in their spam folder. Subject is "Big news from the Experience the Sound of Summer at Cinemark!" Sender is "HelloWorld Customer Care ."

You could also email that address for the reward. It might be worth it for a free drink.

I thought all the prizes now are an 8+ week wait now including the Spotify. I got one last week and got the message saying it will arrive in a few weeks and did not get it instantly. Kind of weird that some accounts are getting them instantly, some are getting the 8 week wait message and some the redeem does not work.

The Spotify GC prize links to a website called Your Digital Reward and starts with Http://redeem. However the link keeps saying "UH OH! Please contact our customer service." I tried checking the link of the Spotify Gift card I won a month ago. which now also gives the same message as the one I won just a few days ago. What a bummer Frown

How many rewards did you redeem? Perhaps you redeemed too many and they've banned you from further redemptions at your IP address.

Nah, I don't have Spotify yet, but am thinking of doing a trial first. I never redeemed any Gift Cards, just copied the URL.

On a brighter note, I will finally be going to the movies since the first time COVID hit this weekend. Thank goodness for AMC Black tickets that never expire.

I wasn't referring to a Spotify ban. I was thinking perhaps it was the digital rewards website ban from clicking on redemption links (to access cards)...just speculation.

I'm right there with you about the AMC black tickets. They have been a great money saver considering the ever increasing prices at the box office. Hope you enjoy your return to the movies.

Suddenly all of my browsers are met with the "We think your browser is fraudulent" message and when I was able to log in via old AOL connection, I got the "Oops something is wrong" message. Browsers showing fraudulent message include Edge, Opera, Dissenter and Chrome. Haven't tried Firefox yet.

I just won a Spotify, email came immediately, clicked on redeem link and activated the gift card without any issue or error
