Coca-Cola.com Offers FAQ, (Formerly My Coke Rewards [MCR]):

There is no specific end date for the program.

- Inactivity

Each particular Coke promotion may have its own activity clause.

Barq's, Coke, Coke Zero, Dasani, Diet Coke, Fanta, Fresca, Mellow Yellow, Minute Maid Lemonade, Pibb, Sprite, Seagram's, Tab. (Powerade & Zero & Minute Maid Juices in the big black caps no longer have UTC codes.)

- Values:
Point values per code are no more, All codes are equal value, but check promotion. Check packaging for a MyCokeRewards Label! Not all Coke packages have the MCR logo, (i.e. 6-pack w/glass bottles).
However, in Coke's Give Program to schools, codes still have different values to school donations, see wiki below!

- List of Accepted MCR Letter & Number Code Characters & Character Substition

There are 25 total characters, (letters or numbers only), that are accepted in 14-character MCR codes, (out of 36 available, A-Z, and 1-0). Five of the characters may also be input as substitutions for other similar-looking characters. Either upper- or lower-case letters are accepted. The available characters are:

Letters: B F H J K L M N P R T V W X (No C D E G* I O* Q S* U* Y Z)
Numbers: 4 5 6 7 9 0 (No 1 2 3 8*)

* The five accepted substitute characters for similar-looking characters:
  • B = 8
  • V = U
  • 5 = S
  • 6 = G
  • 0 = O (Zero, '0', is the officially accepted character according to MCR error messages; letter 'O' is the substitute.)

My wife and I have both won in that regional fall football contest and we both chose the $250 gift card to purchase football tickets. Neither of us have received any email verification of the wins, but we still register each day for the sweepstakes portion and are told we cant play the instant game because records indicate we have already won an instant prize. So I suppose that is good news that they realize we won an instant prize. Maybe it will just come after the contest ends. Yes, I have tried multiple times to contact them via email with no response. I suppose I will try again or maybe see if there is a phone number to contact them.

Thanks for the info! +Rep. He had stopped and was not caring about entering the sweeps portion(did not want to pay the taxes on those prizes) and we both agreed to it was best not to try the IWG again having supposedly won.

No email arrived and he ask the timeframe before they responded with no answer only a part in the email that it seemed to say it is going to sent at a later date. I did not see an eta in the rules either.

He took it hoping it may be a virtual Visa or StubHub or something instead of Fanatics but we'll see, I just hope he gets it. After the email 10/3 he switched back to the previous email, back to YAH00 from GMAlL. The account email switch had been 3 weeks ago and he thought it was not a big deal to change/update to one he uses more often, and thought if he won later it would be updated to the new email how it does on the C0KE account info. Confused Like I said I guess it is the email you start the game/promo with no matter your new info/log in credentials are updated/changed.

Side note: He can not play the Hockey game now, asking for registration each log in, it just redirects to the home screen "register" again but no big deal. Seeing "Register" is normal for me each play and others too but we can play.

We are still able to play all the games cept for the regional football which i guess is one instant win per. Hockey we have won the $3. Play Fanta and the regular football everyday. All my football entries I use for the Ohio State game.

Good luck on the tickets sweeps! BIG college football fan here, watch all the teams! They gave us an NFL team 3 hours away when the college team nearest to us is an hour south. Boo on their zip assignment for my family!

Also one family account keeps getting the message records indicate they played already but after the regional football play cinematic, lol. Some can play both the national football and hockey iwg, 1-2 can only play 1 of the 2. DJA and the other groups promos and communication has been off imho.

I was feeling like death warmed over last night (much better now) but forced myself to do the daily entries for the family. Won $3 Venmo (hockey) on 2 accounts, AND the emails showed up immediately. First wins in over 3 weeks.

Just curious, for the football game does the guy still have the scared face if you dont get a big hit and win instead? Or does he look different on the second screen when you win? I guess I want to know if I can tell I lost a couple of seconds earlier. LOL

Yes. The scared look and tackle and fumble means you have lost. I dont recall what the win looks like since it only happened once for me, but a congrats screen comes up and you get to choose from a list of instant prizes. Of course you will never get an email saying you won or a response to your inquiries but you wont be able to play the instant win game anymore because it will state that you have already played and won. Yes, I guess I am frustrated. Lol

Has anyone won the Venmo, or any prize more than once on the football game? I think I recall the rules saying one could win only once per week, but if anyone here has mentioned it I missed it.

Having a little buyer's remorse with the Summer Coke Studio Instant Win Game. I selected the $30 PlayStation Plus Gift Cards the few times I won, but my cousins use something different for gaming and I haven't been able to trade them Frown

I guess the October 2 drawing for Round 1 of the Fanta Sweeps hasn't occurred yet. I'm really looking forward to the AMC prizes, fingers crossed.
