Coca-Cola.com Offers FAQ, (Formerly My Coke Rewards [MCR]):

- How may I contact them?- When does the promotion end?

There is no specific end date for the program.

- Inactivity

Each particular Coke promotion may have its own activity clause.

- Participating Products:
Barq's, Coke, Coke Zero, Dasani, Diet Coke, Fanta, Fresca, Mellow Yellow, Minute Maid Lemonade, Pibb, Sprite, Seagram's, Tab. (Powerade & Zero & Minute Maid Juices in the big black caps no longer have UTC codes.)

- Values:
Point values per code are no more, All codes are equal value, but check promotion. Check packaging for a MyCokeRewards Label! Not all Coke packages have the MCR logo, (i.e. 6-pack w/glass bottles).
However, in Coke's Give Program to schools, codes still have different values to school donations, see wiki below!

- List of Accepted MCR Letter & Number Code Characters & Character Substition

There are 25 total characters, (letters or numbers only), that are accepted in 14-character MCR codes, (out of 36 available, A-Z, and 1-0). Five of the characters may also be input as substitutions for other similar-looking characters. Either upper- or lower-case letters are accepted. The available characters are:

Letters: B F H J K L M N P R T V W X (No C D E G* I O* Q S* U* Y Z)
Numbers: 4 5 6 7 9 0 (No 1 2 3 8*)

* The five accepted substitute characters for similar-looking characters:
  • B = 8
  • V = U
  • 5 = S
  • 6 = G
  • 0 = O (Zero, '0', is the officially accepted character according to MCR error messages; letter 'O' is the substitute.)

- ask friends/family/neighbors/co-workers to save
- dumpster diving
- jumping out of cars upon seeing flaps on the side of the road
- referring a friend on the site
- ask Maids to save for those who travel
- ask recycling centers to save
- purchase on eBay
- sporting events, zoos, parks, etc
- make trades
- become buddies with vending machine stockers
- become the vending machine stocker

Is anyone having trouble with the $3 Venmo sent from the Coke contest? It was sent to my email that my Venmo is associated with, but when I click on it nothing happens Just says "Thank you. You should receive a credit in your Venmo account in a few minutes." It's been a few hours and nothing. There's not a limit from this Venmo account, is there?

It's a PayPal company, they are notorious for Permanently closing accounts with no appeal. Coke really should F off these Venmo prizes, having to provide ID and crap is not a good customer experience. Really wish they stuck with the "Happy Hour" games they had ever few months with tons of gift cards to Target, Amazon, Walmart, Nike.

Hmmm. This would have been my 6th Venmo $3. Lots of members of my family don't have Venmo (kids, parents in their upper 70s), so they send it to me. I'd be fine with sending in proof of ID. I use Venmo often to send money to people and vice versa and this is my real Venmo and I'm a real person. LOL! I've withdrawn the money I had in there and it says it's pending. I've also emailed them. UGH!

Usually takes 3 business days to see if in your bank account, I remember when I transferred it , did not show complete on the app until the expected date passed. But eventually it always arrives no problem. I wonder if they are asking your ID because your Venmo account is new and not established. I had PayPal and Venmo for many years and never had to do that. Probably once you do that you should be all good to go. There is also a Live chat on the Venmo app if you have any question. I got help with an agent pretty quickly doing live chat.

Just checked my email and it says that they reopened my account. I did send my ID copy in last week.
But before this I did put two more of these 3.00 Venmo wins in my account, I'm still not showing credit for them.

Oh, I didn't see the live chat. I'll try that later if I don't hear back.

My account isn't new at all. I've had it probably four years. And they haven't asked for ID. The issue was my $3 payment wasn't showing up.

What a mess! Hope they are not blocking people now who redeem a certain amount of them. Hope future coke promos get rid of this prize once in for all. I would also complain to coke what Venmo is doing to people if you never get your account resolved. It would be a worthless prize if they offer it on the next upcoming promotions.

So when anyone gets a Venmo $3 prize via the email address you have associated with Venmo, do you still enter your phone number? Mine didn't ask for a phone number, which is weird.

I chatted with Venmo and they have no clue. My account isn't flagged or closed or anything.

I still have not heard anything about the Donation that I made to my Local School.

Has anyone heard about their Donations?

Do they send a letter or do they get so many donations that they just cannot respond to each one . . . .
