There is no specific end date for the program.

Each particular Coke promotion may have its own activity clause.

Barq's, Coke, Coke Zero, Dasani, Diet Coke, Fanta, Fresca, Mellow Yellow, Minute Maid Lemonade, Pibb, Sprite, Seagram's, Tab. (Powerade & Zero & Minute Maid Juices in the big black caps no longer have UTC codes.)

- Values:
Point values per code are no more, All codes are equal value, but check promotion. Check packaging for a MyCokeRewards Label! Not all Coke packages have the MCR logo, (i.e. 6-pack w/glass bottles).
However, in Coke's Give Program to schools, codes still have different values to school donations, see wiki below!

- List of Accepted MCR Letter & Number Code Characters & Character Substition

There are 25 total characters, (letters or numbers only), that are accepted in 14-character MCR codes, (out of 36 available, A-Z, and 1-0). Five of the characters may also be input as substitutions for other similar-looking characters. Either upper- or lower-case letters are accepted. The available characters are:

Letters: B F H J K L M N P R T V W X (No C D E G* I O* Q S* U* Y Z)
Numbers: 4 5 6 7 9 0 (No 1 2 3 8*)

* The five accepted substitute characters for similar-looking characters:
  • B = 8
  • V = U
  • 5 = S
  • 6 = G
  • 0 = O (Zero, '0', is the officially accepted character according to MCR error messages; letter 'O' is the substitute.)

Bombing an already unresponsive cx department to increase their work may frustrate them, but doesn't help us :-) More, remember how in the past promo results used to be posted as a downloadable pdf after the fact? This time, given they have a specific email addresses for the winners list(s), I'm pretty sure they have an automated system sending them out. If anything, with having people request the list by email they just get to track us more :-)

Better would be to air grievances on MCR's facebook page or other social media.​ IMO that's a more promising vector for change :]

I have to email so much about prizes not arriving and recently errors with redeeming a $5 MC Pre-Paid and got a canned response having to email again with the same "detailed" easily understandable well given info + screenshots with no excuse not to understand.

I do not feel it hurts. I plan to do at least a request per promo myself. They can track me all they want, I have no doubt they do already agreeing to privacy the policy(s) when logging in.

DJA does many other company promos besides C0KE, if they can not handle the load like the VENM0 win group that has since went out of C0KE's admin duties then they need to find their way out.

Your intitled to your idea of reasoning I respect that but I want to see the winners lists if it takes multiple emails.

Their programming is either wonky, being botted, we're black listed or etc imho.

Personally, I think the new prize administrators have been a disaster compared to Helloworld and others used in past years, so I have no sympathy for a company that has been dropping the ball left and right, and allowing fraud to run rampant. They're being contracted to provide a service, and that includes making an effort to resolve any customer service issues. I personally haven't bothered reaching out to them for not fulfilling prizes as they never sent me a Chipotle gift card win and some other minor small value prizes, since I've seen the negative or non-responses others on the forum have been getting, and my time is worth more than that kind of frustration. I do not mind at all if forum members bombard them with emails without any sympathy towards whether or not it'll frustrate them, as it would be a case of "what goes around, comes around" in the frustration department.

I do agree with your 2nd paragraph about airing grievances via Coke's social media, but all efforts to enhance security against unscrupulous companies botting to relentlessly grab up the majority of prizes for the purposes of reselling for profit thus far have gotten nowhere, and just made us legitimate entry folks just have to jump through additional hoops just to get our losing entries in.

I'm sorry to hear like others you did not get your prizes namely a good one. I didn't even win in those previous Holiday/Spring Happy Hour promos except a shutterfly and one ticket bundle day 1 but thinking I won something good then not getting it is even worse.

IDK how programming wise it shows a win then it's not there in the system, or a different prize like reported maybe just bad programming which falls on DJA and C0KE for hiring them.

It is like the $20 Fanatics/$20 DoorDash front load, I got in on it, but others did not then they put the glitch disclaimer in the rules afterward about a tech issue.

Just like the +One leveling, example I and others went months on the +One trying to level up and it kept stalling finally got FIZZ complete to BUBBLE for the Ticket. Later a house member and I finally hit SPARKLING getting a Ticket + Drink the "same week, 2 days later" the rewards disappear from the App for a day and we both revert back to BUBBLE no prize there, and it didn't come back at all so we email, C0KE sends it up to DJA with the promise of a fix and that prize restore but nope not true. Months later we finally hit SPARKLING again and it is a concession bundle instead.

On the recent football score $5 win the only reason I emailed is because they emailed it to me to redeem but had to be fixed because of a bad link but not before they copy and paste the link I already had after a detail reply/screen shots of the Your Reward Digital error sent to them which I replied with using the original link email. Plus that was a "sweeps win", not instant.

I've given up on instant wins at this point, been that way for a while really. As I stated in a previous post at this point it so bad I'm not angry I'm just suspect hence the winner list request posts.

There has just been too much going wrong to want to try, probably what whomever really wants, the only reason I said email for the winners lists is for "the interest of seeing if they reply and if so is there a common trend to be nosy".

There are lots of other brands and promotions to play "for fun and maybe winning" but if it is a hassle count me out., C0KE IWGs is now a hassle.

I have a family member that got one yesterday. There was a pop up, saying surprise but they could not read it all it went away quickly like a Fizz/Bubble/Sparkling pop up.

It is totally different than a printable voucher with no URL page.

Everything is showing:

As separate multiple tiles for each item with the barcode's and pin's numbers only for each item side by side, and a click to show a scan to redeem but it shows the "Barcode" for the item first, then you have to click "PIN" beside that to show the the pin's barcode scan next, a two step for each item to scan the redeem.

Their barcodes are not combined into one pic. It is as though their doing it to not allow you to just print a basic page with the numbers and barcodes together at once/not an all in one.

I'm guessing this to stop people from printing the page plus there is no URL on this, you have to log in to see it and go step by step. Basically log in, redeem one at a time.

But this method is more complex and takes longer, and may confuse the AMC worker instead of just handing them a printed what have been getting voucher.nod

OR

At the bottom it says redeem online, and it takes you to AMC-com not to a URL of a voucher with all scans and number codes.

I can take pics later to show but I'm at work on PC atm laugh out loud

I had the same push notification and it now shows on my rewards page.
And yes the reward itself behaves as Dlucks described. Maybe an effort to prevent resellers from having it as easy?

UPDATE

Family member discovered looking at the both Tickets and both Drinks "tiles" on the App rewards share the same voucher numbers, pins and barcodes! They are duplicate and not two sets of each, they messed up and gave the same Ticket and Drink twice!

If anyone that has these or gets these please confirm if you are or are not seeing the same thing duplicates please.

Well at least we know it wasn't just a one person error/mistake. My family member went ahead and sent a detailed email to C0KE CS explaining everything and asked to have it forwarded to the App team or IT team. Now just have to wait for a response and go from there.

Our Chipotle gift card said zero balance. Never clicked on the email until today…what the heck is going on? Another one down the drain. No biggie closing in on three $50 Chipotle gift cards through Fetch. Just need a little bump to get there.

We don't have a big love for the administrators of these sweeps because they took our big Red Sox ticket win away from us and we even showed screenshots of the winning email. So stupid $150 tickets each gone!
