I'm confused. When I click on the link, the description states 30-ct refill at the top but below it says it's the starter kit with 16-ct.

Does anyone know if they ever fixed the quality issues with these? When I last ordered these they would fall apart during regular use. They would often disintegrate so badly that the pad would fall off the plastic holder and I had to fish it out of the toilet

100% agree ... what happened?? I ended up altering my cleaning technique so that it doesn't fall apart until the end lol ... I mean it is still totally convenient and I am more inclined to do frequent cleanings but still!

I'm not sure exactly what the problem was but Clorox DID admit that there was a quality issue and sent me a refund check for two boxes of refills. After that I have just been buying small quantities of refills locally to avoid the ones that fall apart.

Nope. The last batch that I got disintegrated in the bowl like bunched up toilet paper.
