Has anyone tried printing it on grayscale or black and white ink settings to save on ink costs…Can you share about the results if so?

That's awfully color-heavy.

It'd be nice to have a blackline master for some of those pages.

Setting aside how shady that is, sometimes you have to remember that your time is worth something. Getting up, going to Costco, buying a printer, setting it up, then returning said printer….probably not worth $17.
