S&s locks in the price for your next shipment, but after that it's market price.

Good price. Kind of frustrating that S&S doesn't lock in price, since the prices fluctuate so much. Is it possible to change the monthly date on which your S&S arrives? Mine are always scheduled for the 5th, and prices always seem to be higher when they ship.

My S&S does lock in the price. The problem I run into happens when my delivery date is so far out the the item is no longer in stock (because of my fellow SD savages buying it all up 😂) when the time comes to fulfill.

And yes, you can change the date in the "Settings" part of your S&S page.

I think what is happening to me is if I change the delivery date, the prior S&S price changes to the current price.

Personally the bars are much better than the cookies. Stoped buying the dip on the Quest Cookies

Personally I like the chocolate chip and the peanut butter chocolate chip. But the snickerdoodle is pretty tasty as well. I am not a fan of the double chocolate.

I've had the chocolate chip cookies and they were dry and salty. The boxes I received were also going to expire within 2 weeks after I received them like I got older rotational stock.

I stopped buying Quest cookies all together.

They don't lock in price...in a way. Here's what always happened to me:

Signed up s&s for a good deal w/ all the coupons etc applied -> at checkout it shows a very close shipping date -> I usually opted for the default interval which is usually > 2 months -> after several days I would check back on my order only to find out the shipping date is >2m away.

THEN if you try to make a change to the shipping date all the discounts you applied would be gone. (If you stick to the new ETA, prices are after all the discounts but they'd be so so far away)

So now whatever I order I'd switch shipping interval to something like 2/3 wks. Learned the hard way...

I always place it with six months with the first delivery as my next S&S delivery date. The price is locked in for that first order.

You are right. In my exp Amazon loves pushing back shipping time automatically by whatever interval I set up (2m? 3m?) when I just wanted relatively quick shipping
