I suppose something can be said for build quality/brand but can't say it justifies the spec downgrades and additional price.
Having bought a beautiful ENVY 3 years ago with a sub-par screen, I promised to never do that again. I do agree the ENVY line is as close to premium as you get without premium prices but in this case the screen is the biggest let down.

Non touch screen Lenovo vs this touch screen HP
Also, this is a 2-in-1 which some people like. The Lenovo was not.
Cant really compare the two....
I'm now using a Lenovo Yoga 6 and the hinge seems better out of the box (the HP hinge always had a bit of play in it and didn't look to be perfectly aligned). I guess time will tell though.
Just figured I'd give a heads up if anyone planned on using this 50/50 for notes and regular laptop.
