Out of curiosity, did you end up adding another lone on your original account after it was active for 30 days? And did it still give a 7k point bonus for adding the extra line?
Ok, so to update, points from adding lines will only be "redeemable" after 60 days, so yes, I was "forced" to pay for a second month for my first line.

but I activated my 3rd Xr outside of the 30 days of the main account so by the time it expires I can use the points to redeem the 2nd month for that one.

and YES, adding a 3rd line gives 7k more points, right now I have 14,520 points. extra points from participating in their promos and such.

I will be getting a 4th one soon and I assume activating it will give me another 7k points!

Thanks. I was originally thinking of signing up with multiple email accounts, but I'll probably end up doing the same thing. I'm a bit concerned about getting multiple unlocks with them all on the same account since I think I saw something about one unlock per customer each 60 days, but hopefully that applies to each line. So many variables with this thing.

I just did another tw XR via the nyturbo sim. I had to use the latest iccid imsi from their site with the 1/24 date. Was telling me sim not supported till I used the new numbers and successfully unlocked it. We tested with a Verizon sim and it worked perfectly.

I suggest you guys go that route than mess around with the att route and potentially get your phone locked to att 😂.
Does the nyturbo only do a soft unlock? If the phone is reset, will it revert back to TW?

Yes, it will revert back to TW. You can use nyturbo again to do soft unlock.

Is it the white nyturbo sim? I saw so many different turbo sims on nyturbo.com website.

YEs, I used white SIM and I have unlocked two phones so far one with TW and another one with Xfinity one. Both are soft unlocked now. I just updated to 15.3 for Xfinity one over air and it's still good. If you connect with laptop or Mac through Itunes and update then it goes back to SIM restriction.

I want to clear up some confusion with these cards that use the ICCID/IMSI.

NYTurbo and R-Sim, and other brands, they all do the same thing.

They manipulate the iccid (this is your sim card number), from my all of my tinkering and reading I learned the iphones will accept certain "master" iccids depending on the phone carrier, model, and IOS version.

This is the ICCID number people are referring to on all of these sites, when one no longer works people quickly discover another to take it's place.

IMSI is like a carrier identification on the SIM.

Apparently after IOS version 14.2 certain ICCID/IMSI will trigger the "soft unlock", which removes sim restrictions and lets you use any sim card from any carrier. (this only lasts until you reset the phone.). If you're forced to re-activate the phone Apple's servers will tell it to re-lock.

Before this, cards had to be "piggybacked" like the Black R-sims, that spoof the iccid in order to allow you to use your "non supported" sim. There were many drawbacks to using it in this spoof method. (no wifi calling, short message services, voicemail issues, etc.)
But apparently, after 14.2 the right ICCID and IMSI will trigger the same "soft unlock" as the white cards, so if you have an R-sim you can do the same thing (HY-SD set me straight on this).

If you just want to do a "soft unlock" any white card that can program a ICCID and IMSI will work.
The Black cards offer more features, like being able to piggyback your sim and "spoof" another carrier's sim like I mentioned earlier if "soft unlock" does not work. Though once you've soft-unlocked it's likely golden till you have to reset it, so most people probably won't care or want to tinker with it further.

For those of you who bought the XR's with a $25 plan (and plan to use it) I suggest you activate it and keep it for 60 days whether or not you will need to pay for a 2nd month remains to be seen.
But if I were you I'd activate it with the $25 plan (so phone gets registered on TW) leave it overnight so has some time on their network.

If you need to use it right away on your own network, soft unlock it and swap out the sim. from time to time swap back the TW sim, if the second month is needed, people will post later, but likely if you meet all requirements in 60 days your phone will be unlocked "permanently".

Likely they oversold and the staff happened to pack a 13 pro max in the box. So they intercept the package.

Probably no way to know exactly what happened, but it could have been some sort of recall due to safety issue. The refurbisher might have gotten notice that they used a bad batch of replacement batteries or something and TW decided to pull them. Batteries are one of the components which get a lot of scrutiny due to past issues with fires, etc. Just a possibility.

They also pulled the NEW iphone 11 from my another order which is nonsense. They charged my credit card, shipped, then requested a return on the estimated delivery date, no cancellation, no refund, no resend , nothing so far. Talked to 3 or 4 reps, no one can even give a reason or stop the return or resend my order -_- They just don't wanna solve the issue, bad company I guess.

They even might know it (some info shown in their system) but it could be one of those reasons like "we're doing something that we shouldn't but if we do it quietly no one can stop us", maybe they checked that too many phones have been purchased to that address/person and want to cancel them but since they were already shipped they had to request return from shipping company. If this kind of case happens only to those who ordered multiple phones then I think it's high possibility.

How long are you guys waiting to see if they ship out orders from the 22-23rd? It's 2 weeks now since then and no word from them on even a delay.

I agree with you. It might be the high possibility cuz I did order 5 phones but that was my first order from them. However, I don't even receive ONE phone from them so far. I don't think 5 phones can be defined as "too many" cuz i have 7 ppl in my family. It's pretty normal to upgrade 5 lines at a time as a family plan. I did plan to give 2 to my parents and trade 2 for iphone 13 at bestbuy, one for myself, another for my sister, buy one more for my aunt cuz she said she wanted one after I told her this deal. If Total wireless does not allow people to order multiple phones they can just simply add limit one per household to their policy like other retails. I'm totally fine with that. In stead they put "$100 OFF! Don't Miss Out!" over there, so freaking stupid! At least they should ship me one before they pulled all of phones if they think I've exceed the purchase limit which would be more reasonable.
