One of the setups is all Reference Premier matching line to this also in Cherry with the RP-280F as mains.
The other system is all Three Way Heritage/Extended Heritage - Chorus II, Forte II, Academy and I'm using the RP-160M as rears in that system.
These speakers are great for their size, very detailed, very efficient, and don't require a ton of power to sound good. They are very revealing and if your source is not good, they won't sound good, but if you source is good - i.e. using CDs, high quality streaming service, vinyl, you will be rewarded with a great experience.
These would generally be used in a smaller room for two-channel, or they are great for rear surround channel. You can place them on a book shelf, speaker stands, EDIT: they do not have keyholes for wall mounting. The RP-150M has keyhole mounts, not these RP-160M.
Since these are rear-ported speakers, it's best if you can place them at least 10" from a wall.

I have not used them as surround speakers but using them as a desktop stereo system paired with a low wattage home made tube amp. Something about the horn loaded tweeters makes the sound come alive.
I have other hi-if stereo systems that are much more expensive and obviously this is not as good but it is very enjoyable to listen speakers.
I was thinking about klipsch rp-600m...
HELP,PLEASE?
