Thanks OP for the heads up.

5mg gave me nightmares so I started breaking these tablets in half. Slept much more pleasantly. Less than half wasn't effective for me.

This was my experience with melatonin; yours may vary.

The 5mg works well for me, I especially like these fast dissolving ones, but Natrol also has a 3mg one you may want to look at.
Most days I don't need Melatonin in the first place, but it works like a charm if I need an early night!
