These are crap. I bought a box, and every single one has had straps come loose from the weld point. I have even been very careful with them now that each one has broke. Some will allow 1 use, none have made it through multiple uses. I have an old box of n95 with the yellow rubber bands stapled and they are much more robust.
These masks are awful. They don't have nose foam or metal clip so there are gaps that make them terrible for glasses. They're really stiff too so you can't get a good seal.
All you need to do is staple the strap on at all four weld point. Will not come off no matter how you stretch it (within reason). That's what I do to all my masks I wear.

Price is similar to 3m deal posted from Amazon if you factor 10.99 shipping but if you buy multiples the shipping stays the same and price comes down. You also don't have to worry about counterfeits with Grainger.
Edit: link to Honeywell site for more info on this mask. I was going g to add to OP but SD app just crashes every time I click edit.
These are pretty tight. My favorite for gym since they dont stick out like folded. There is no nose foam so they can irritate nose after long periods. I add nose foam and do not wear over 3 hours.
Powercom users usually do not like these. They are not for wimps.
Some idiots think weld points are holes so you may have trouble at airports.
I have a huge head and round flat face. These very difficult for large heads and round faces due to the fixed shape and the head straps are tight.. I did not enjoy but still have a couple dozen left and have to endure…

Yeah me too.
I really gotta stretch it to get it around my big-ass head. These are not ones you can slip on or off gracefully at all.

Did you buy them from a reputable company? Is it possible that you bought knockoffs?
I say that because I bought these a good while ago and have been using them. I bought them directly from Honeywell (same product number). I have a big-ass head. I really have to stretch the elastic to the limit to get the mask around my face. It's pretty farking tight when I get it on.
However, with that said, I've been able to use these masks over and over, repeatedly, with no problems at all. I don't recall any of them breaking, even after repeated use over my huge-ass face.
