Best not to assume anything till after 1/23 when we actually know some facts.
I haven't unlocked my SE2 or my Xr, but I did unlock our iPhone 13 already on iOS 15.0 just fine 2 months ago with an rSIM. Took it from T-Mobile to Visible (VZW MVNO). I'd guess it would be no problem unlocking any of these TW iPhones.
What is uncertain IS:
Weather we need active service of 60 days
OR
Buy one month, not a second, and just wait 60 from activation for the phone to unlock

Until it happens to anyone, automatic, after 60 days, no question asked, don't be so certain.
