I'm guessing dedicated weight lifters will get something of higher quality and for the rest of us there are cheaper places to hang your clothes

I have the XRS 20 Rack and Bench and it's not bad. It's not great and I wouldn't trust putting more than 400lbs on it as the connection between the rack arms and the base are just made with heavy sheet metal screws vs bolts. But it's not a bad system for Mid weight lifting and squatting.

Got mine two weeks ago. Box was damaged. Everything inside was perfect. It comes with two boxes that came on different days. Only one tracking number was provided so that was a pain. It works great but took a while to put together

Had this for about 11 years, it gets sold under various model numbers with slight color changes etc. Perfectly fine for daily use for someone needing a decent weight machine. Never had an issue with it. Also wasn't looking to impress my friends with my gym equipment.

Got mine in about a month ago. No parts missing or damage to the boxes. Took me about 3 hours to put it together. Seems pretty sturdy so far.

What are the weights that come with it. What is the lowest you can start with and than increase

Just got mine, spent about 4 hours total putting it together. Not too bad for $200. It's not a $3000 home gym but it gets the job done. When you get the instruction manual, follow it right in order! All the nuts and screws are in a blister pack and the instructions are laid out well. I laid out all the parts and then used the blister pack in order. Not one missing part. The guard for the weights is pointless, I left it off and just tossed it. The instructions for the weights has the pin pointing in, I guess to reach back and change if needed, it's awkward. I switched it to the outside. Yes, you have to stand up and walk to the back but ummmm we're exercising aren't we!

I ordered on 1/10 and it arrived on 1/14. I received two fedex tracking numbers and two boxes arrived perfectly. Fedex even brought them into my garage.

I have the Weider 6900 Pro. Which isn't much different. I does the work. Unless ur into strongest man contest. I'm still a active gym member but those cold winter days that I get lazy. This does the job very well.
