I wouldn't bug anything from woot again. I've been burnt twice, they sell substandard or damaged product you either can't get a refund or the window to return is so short. They knowingly sell bad products with supposed good Amazon rating. Stay away

Heck, I've got refurbished stuff from Hoover that had dirty filters in it. Wow, you think it was checked well? Buying refurbished stuff from woot is probably worse. The word is used.

Had very poor experiences buying from Woot recently. Bought an item advertised as new but came scratched up, dirty and likely used. Will not buy anything from them again

got 3 vacs from these woot deals for me and other households. were def used but happy with what i got for the price. the accessories seemed new but the main bodies def had some use to it, and not minor either. either way these sharks are great for the size.

I'd have jumped on this as we're looking for a corded vacuum since our 2 Dysons always run out of juice. Thank you to the Slickdeals community for the feedback on Woot...saved me some headache. I'll just have to keep an eye out for other vacuum deals.

Maybe I've just been lucky but I haven't had a bad Woot experience yet. I'm keeping my fingers crossed with this one since I needed an extra vacuum and the brush roll on these is a game changer.

I also have the vacuum from OP but purchased new from Costco for something like $159. Apart from its greatest flaw - it can't stand upright without leaning on a wall, it's a great vacuum.

Both Sharks I own have zero-m (no brushroll tangles) technology and it works 99% of the time. Lots of long hair in my household and so few tangles on these Sharks. Compared to my Hoover where cutting out the hair was a 20 minute chore every other vacuum.

I got the cordless WANDVAC system from Shark. It is pretty impressive for its size. Cordless has made it so we vacuum all the time, no real excuse as to why plugging in a vacuum is so hard that it results in less vacuuming but...

Anyway, I only say this because if you are going to get a stick vacuum... just go cordless.

WANDVAC looks like a scifi gun though, so I dunno, might get shot by police..

This was my experience as well. Got the Navigator and I couldn't find anything to suggest it wasn't brand new. I couldn't be happier. Having said that, maybe we just got lucky.

Love this vaccum have had for few years suction is great after years of household use with dog, kids. Can buy replacement filters on Amazon that work great for under $5 for 3 and nice a lot of attachments you can use with the simple end being just simple circle opening long cord is a plus too!

I only really use battery powered stuff for items with intermittent use, a drill, a weed eater.
I'm concerned with anything that is constantly running to use batteries on it, especially the type of wattage a vacuum uses. The battery goes tits up and a new one ends up costing 1/2 what the whole thing cost.

I have bought 3 refurbished vacuums on here and they are working great. Have a refurbished 65 inch TV I bought over 5 years ago that is working great also. Love me some Woot!!

Welp. Just got burned on this purchase. Got it in today. It's obviously used with a few scratches but the brush rolls look new and it has been cleaned very, very well. But it's defective. There's a cover on top of the brush roll and the clips that hold it in place are broken. Unless they cover is in place, the motor won't spin. So I asked for a replacement. We'll see what happens.

I ordered two and they are both the same way…I will be sending both back. Looks like this is why they were all refurbished
