When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! fyi since I saw it posted here first: for those that converted witch mountain peelies to fandango....mine were cancelled today, I know of 2 other people that this happened to as well. Just thought I would share so nobody is blindsided by it if it happens to you too.
We also redeemed peelie codes from Witch Mountain promo, I know she had a lot of them. I've got most of mine from the Ponds promo, but probably about 20 from the newere Witch Mountain promo. Those Fandango bucks were still valid when I checked the other day.

How are you checking to see if they're still valid? Or is there not a way to do that without getting tickets? I converted mine to Fandango gift certificates and just printed them off. When I need to redeem some, I just grab my stash.

Thank-You SlickCate, I will rep you when I have more to use! I didn't get in on the Witch Mountain promo, as all the peelies were gone by the time I looked. I did however get many many Ponds peelies and would hate to lose the ticket codes. I also have tons and tons of the Ponds face wipes which I think work really good. I like the ponds face wipes better than the more expensive Olay dry face wipes that you have to moisten to use. I have a lot of each, and think I will be selling the Olay at my next sale.

Just start to redeem them to see if it will subtract from the total ticket amount due, but don't finish the process. That is how I check mine anyway. Then just go out before you buy anything and the code won't be used.

found a pack of clearanced bulk packs of Easy-ups hiding behind the regular diapers today Whee I was hoping to score some of the paper towels from the clearance, but me thinks they are long gone here.

btw, I've been pegged as 'one of the coupon ladies' at my T but apparently, I'm not THE coupon lady. There is a lady who shops my store and maintains a pretty cool blog matching up sales and coupons for all of our area stores. They (the cashiers) told me the site to visit. She's not a 14/16 kind of gal though Wink

Shop247mom,

I looked at Fandango and if you go into your account information there is a place to check your Fandango Bucks Balance by entering your code. I just tried one and the method works great. This way is much easier than the method of starting to buy a ticket than backing out that I previously used.

I was just able to use Ponds to Fandango codes to purchase tickets to Star Trek tonight. I still have most of my codes, since I don't have much time to go to the movies. I guess I will start having to make time. Are some people having problems with these codes? I thought about giving some away to my children's friends and families, but I wouldn't want anyone to have problems with them.
Quote from SLickCate :
I know another user posted that all of hers and a relative's were canceled/invalid. Fandango said they were purchased fraudulently. I have A LOT of these and when she questioned if my codes were good, I checked them. Well, I didn't check them all, but I did check several of my most recently redeemed codes. They were all valid at that time for $10. Not sure if they're catching up on all of them or what. Just crossing fingers that mine remain valid!
Quote from .teri. :
Me too. I checked mine a few days ago when I read that post and they look good for now. I 've only seen one movie with them, so if they vanish it won't be a big deal...but it's nice to know they're there if needed. One thing may be be an alert is the amount. Anything over 500.00 usually is a flag. Under that amount seems to not be looked at.

Thanks for your input, everyone. It sounds like our Ponds-to-Fandango stuff is safe. I appreciate the help!

Thanks for all the well wishes. We're naming her Kiley, it's a family name for us. And yes, this is very much a Sobe baby.
Yay - congratulations. Smilie

I'm going to stock up on Sobe... seems to work well around here and nothing else is working right now!

Sadwalk not in the cool kid club

[snip] The bad part about being divorced is that the oldest goes to his Dads and has one helluva time. He gets to do whatever he wants and no amount of bickering with Dad will change, he just skirts around it. He wants to be his "friend".

When he remarried, his new wifey stepped waaay over her stepmom boundaries. My son came home a few years ago and said he tried a Jeigerbomb with her while Daddy was at work (Red Bull and Jeigermeister) He was 8 years old.
[snip]
Not in the cool kids club either, but I probably haven't earned it yet either. I still feel like a newbie.

Divorcing stinks because you lose control. I listen to Dr. Laura sometimes, and she is big on keeping the family intact (barring abusive situations, naturally) until the kids are grown for that reason (or at least a big part of that reason.) Over time, I can see her point. Split families are so trying.

As for crazy parents - it's amazing what you see. I've had kids at my house who shrug when I ask "don't you have to check in with mom/dad/someone??" They always say "oh, they don't care what I do..." I even made a girl call home to check in with grandma and let her know where she was, and grandma says in an angry voice "I know where you are! So what!" This is the same girl that goes running around at all hours of the night and I had to tell her to not come to the house at 10 pm (in the cold with bare feet, no less) for a box of fruit snacks! Sheesh! I just don't get it.

Someone mentioned something about spiders... I was looking up how to get rid of them (we have a ton in our new shed Frown My dh is a bug-phobe - so it's my job to clean them out. LOL... ) and the one site said that the tendency to stockpile increases spiders because stuff doesn't get moved as often. I just thought that was kind of funny. The website did suggest storing things in plastic totes to cut down on spiders and to make things easier to move for cleaning. More activity in an area apparently decreases the instances of spiders.

Ok, I'm now officially just as sick of Glade as i am SoftSoap after reading Deals. Every other post is either about a Yahoo account, or 'there weren't any q's in my Glade'.

Glade must be running out of ideas. I looked at the tins. Cheap, Free or MM, I don't get it. One oil candle in a tin box.

Just checked one of my codes and it seems to still have the balance. I suppose it wouldn't be a huge deal if I lost them, except for all the time I spent redeeming them. I'm sure I'd get over it though. laugh out loud

Ank220, I think gecko's eat most bugs. Then you have to deal with the gecko's though.

4BB, I gotta ask. Was she your cellmate for giving alcohol to a minor? I will say I am so thankful my ex never remarried when mine were minors. The worst thing that happened was one of his "friends" told my kids when they rode with her to nevermind the seatbelts. If they got in an accident in south Florida, that they would all die anyway. EEK! Yeah, I think I almost came through the phone at my ex over that one.

Thrifty, did you get my email?

Right? I've got $100s in Fandango I'll never use but the thought of losing all that time I put in was very distressing. Crazy

Oh, and I just got back from T (my little man is becoming a T regular Smilie). If you are still holding any of the $2/2 Crystal Light Qs, they are dropping to the bottom. Caused me some confusion at the register.

Cashier missed 3 $1 Qs. Sadwalk Oh well.

The best 21000 item I could find for some 16s was Kraft Deli Deluxe cheese for 4.39. Anything better?
