I have no idea the prices of Royal Canin but HERE [fabuloussavings.com] is a deal if you buy from PetCo. You have to clock for discount. May or may not be worth it.
I also noticed some coupons on fleabay.
ETA~ oh, and you know how we were talking about kids being outside alone? We live in what I consider a super safe place. It's even down a dirt road. Well last night Matt heard the neighbors screaming and the little girl crying and screaming.
The little girl was walking her dog around in the yard on the leash which she does often. She is 3 and the dog is one of those weiner dogs. It is the cutest site. 3 pit bulls come though the woods and try to get her, but the doggie jumped in and gave her a chance to start running. Her grandpa starts unloading his handgun. We hear it but dont think much because we live in the country. The dogs run off. Police and animal control are called and they cornered them in our yard. They had to be darted (tranquilized).
The little dog was torn to shreds and they rushed him to the emergency vet clinic. It's early here, so I have no idea what the status is.
My DH was a nervous wreck. He kept saying, Nikki..what if our kids were outside? He saw some of the attack and said it was vicious. He wasn't much help because he keeps his guns locked away in the house or in his truck because I'm scared to death one of the kids will get them.
Just wanted to vent about how the safest situations never really are. So sad on so many levels.

BTW~ Crocs at Big Lots today for $10. Some of these are the ugliest things but they are so comfy. My whole family owns a pair or two. When we are drinking and floating down the river I always wear my Crocs flip flops. You have to walk through the woods and you dont want to do that barefoot. So when its time to float..the Crocs float with you. Then when you get out, just shake them off and they are dry as a bone. My old flops would get soggy and squishy

I read on another board that Petsmart gets lots of samples of the Royal Canin in and coupons so you might want to ask. One of the Vets made a post about it.

My cats are both shelter/strays so they are very happy to be loved and have a good home. They were my first babies. I know that they won't live forever, but I've always tried to feed them the best food that I knew of to help keep them as healthy as possible. But that doesn't mean I like paying that much for it
We give our kitty two cans of Fancy Feast wet food and some dry food a day because they vet said dry food is good for his teeth. But heaven forbid we try to give him dry food exclusively, he'd never stop whinning!
