When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

I wouldn't necessarily rule a freezer out that doesn't look well kept. My priorities were a frost free upright freezer this time around. My first freezer was a HUGE deep freeze that I bought for $75. The outside looked crappy. It had exterior rust but it ran like a new one. I sanded down the bad spots and bought white appliance spray paint at Home Depot. When we left the mainland the first time, I sold it for well more than I paid. It was a great freezer. I did learn that frost free was a must for me in the future and that a HUGE deep freeze was too much. Things on the bottom just never got used and it turned into never, never land down there.

I think Sneko got a good one off CL for about $150. It's the summer. Moving season for militaty families. It's a great time to score a used one. Smilie
Same here, the old freezer we bought looked like poop, but ran great. About the frost free though, you may want to consider that. Frost Free don't freeze as deeply because of the cycles it goes through to keep the frost down. For a deep freezer, you really shouldn't go frost free..

Yeah, we prefer a small deep freezer, or an upright, and preferably frost free. Of course, we know nothing about freezers, except they.. freeze.LMAO

edit: well jeez, i'll look for a crappy freezer now, LMAO

That is really good information. Smilie I didn't know that. I guess you have to decide if you want to defrost it from time to time or have one that is a deep freeze.

I've had mine for over a year and it doesn't need defrosting yet. They said it doesn't take long to defrost it though. We'll see. I know it freezes things hard as a brick though.

That's good though. Maybe with mine, it was my kids not closing it tight. It seemed my was in perpetual need of defrosting. Not an easy task with that much stuff in it. Smilie

Publix peeps.

Tampa area stores are loaded with the "Family is it's own Reward" bookets. Brand new displays with coupons on all 4 sides of it. I have some extra to share with the regulars in here. Just lemme know.
I'm holding out hope that one of the gazillion stores by me will get them.

speaking of bananas, why do I Laugh at jokes that I don't get? Why don't I just say...."Dude, I don't get it"?

This guy at work asks me (with a banana in his hand) "how can you tell if a women is married or single by the way she peels a banana?

me: Dontknow

him: he proceeds to 'pretend' peel the banana like you normally would. He says 'that is how a married woman does it.'

me: ok? Confused

him: he then 'cups' the banana in one hand while, again, he pretends to peel it. He says, 'and that's how a single women does it!"

me: Laugh

Nono I don't get it.
okay. I dont get it either, maybe protection vrs none? anyone? anyone?

I just love this quote...Twilight is my new obsession. I have a mini shrine in my bedroom TV armoire and I am curremtly working on transforming my laundry/craft room into Twilight universe. My DH is so jealous of new boyfriend Edward, that he has decided to grow his hair out and start doing sit upsBig Grin
Went to see The Hangover last night and was asking the girls working if there would be a midnight screening of New Moon and when tix would go on sale, if all the teenyboppers would be there etc........I'm TOO excited! I'm leaving my then-to-be newborn daughter home with her daddy and seeing the midnight show!!

Quick question for those of you that know more about photography than I do. My daughter's graduation pictures are available to order. Lamination is anavailable option for the preservation of the picture. I am completely unknowledgeable on this matter. Would it make more sense to scan the pic and save the image that way?
