This thread is being created so people -- generally, those people who can't seem to resist talking about off-topic junk in the Target coupon thread -- have a place to talk about shopping at Target and other miscellaneous matters.

All you folks who hang out in the Target coupon thread, start hanging out here instead! When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

I think they are refering to the B2G1 Clorox Greenworks on Ebay. I heart them! Someone is selling them for 5 for $2.99 EEK! I bought 80 of them back in May for $18 by making a seller an offer. I think it's the same seller, so you can try making an offer. --- Edit, they appear to be gone. You can always try messaging thr sellr to ask if he has any more.*snip*
Thank you. hug I actually have some of these Q's. My local grocery chain had a deal on these last month, where they had a store Q & an in-ad MFQ, so I didn't need to use the HT's that came on the bottles at the time. Was just curious if there was a good deal at Target on the Greenworks, I've been looking around for a good deal on these to use the Q's, but haven't come across one yet. I love the wipes for easy clean-up after the kids & dogs. Smilie

Hey! Nice to see you over here. You can combine those with the hangtags that are on some greenworks products, $1/2 for a good deal!

I'm not exactly sure if it's the same Q, but I have some GW 16s that were hangtags on the spray bottle cleaners found at Acme (owned by Albie's) a little while back. It was a green square that unfolded w/the Q hidden in one of the middle pages.
Yes, I think those are the ones I got. They are on shiny, slick paper like they've been cut out of a booklet.

HI! New to the lounge & new to Target. I had given Target a shot in the past, but was denied on my transactions and told they didn't accept Internet Printables! Anyone else have this issue?

I stopped last night at a different Target & had success w/the Softsoap Deal. However, I'm still not sure if this Target takes IP's or not. Must have been the cashier's first night, as when the screen prompted for the GC, he looked at me & said "I don't know how it knows that you're paying w/a GC, but it's telling you to swipe it now!" Teehee

I read back a few, but couldn't find an answer, can someone tell me what the deal is w/the Greenworks? TIA

At the front of the store yesterday Target had a bunch of Webster Dictionaries for $1.00. Small, softbound, but I picked up 2 for the kids, for school. Nice size for their backpacks.
Wave Hi there! You will need those dictionaries when shopping at T. Teehee Try to convince unreasonable cashiers that a "reasonable family limit" is not 1. laugh out loud

Quote from hawaiiandawn :
I get so confused about this. I thought the trade limit was $5. But I think that means its the "perceived value" of the trade. Scratchhead IOW, I couldn't send you $7 for it. But I could trade you $10 worth of q's? Scratchhead Scratchchin Dontknow
I love that "perceived value." Well the "perceived value" to me of these checks is $0. But yeah, I think you are right. Since Qs have no intrinsic value, you can trade more than $5 worth of Qs.

Normally it's pretty drama free in here. We usually just talk about poop and other funny stuff... Smilie

There has been quite a bit of drama here lately. The nice thing about this thread is that is is relatively drama free and stupid question free. We all get along well here. When there is drama, it is always created by someone who is new and brings drama with them from somewhere else. Lately there has been alot of new people to the thread, and unfortunately they have been bringing drama and just plain rudeness with them. I hope they learn to play nice if they plan on staying.
Iagree
We just need to stop feeding the trolls when they come in. If nobody replies to their posts then they'll stop coming back. Next time you see one, just MA the post and skip over it.

Yea, I wish they'd go back to showing people's user names. I once accidentally outbid my friend. Just so you know, I am bidding on a $15 off $100 Electronics TQ on Ebay night now Smilie
Oh, I can top that... I actually bought Qs from DS once on ebay, not knowing it was her. Doh

Now that was funny. Every time she has q's on her want list now, I always tell her I have them and I'll give her free shipping through ebay. Very funny.

Work is slow this week and I have next week off. After that will be CRAZY for rest of summer.

For new people-no, I don't sell q's on ebay regularly. No I don't have the P&Gs early. Sometimes I have xtra's of a popular q and just throw some on for xtra cash. That is all.

Buy 2 Playtex tampons, get a $5 gc until 7/13
Prices range from $6.18 to $7.54
Ugh, not your fault but I cringe when people I have on ignore are quoted...

Ran into a local Hess station here and found a new to me tearpad or 2. BOGO Deerpark water (14) and BOGO Dr. Pepper (14) I stopped by Target on the way home and grabbed a case or 2 of water.
That reminds me I found some hangtags for 2 ltr Squirts 16's. Gonna dig em out of my coupon box and see what kind of family reunion I can plan.

Just because one cashier in one Target won't take Internet Printables doesn't mean the next cashier won't. Keep trying. Choose your cashiers wisely. I have rarely had a problem using IPs in moderation. And when I have had something denied, it's usually an individual cashier, not the store. Try, try again!
