okay, I was wondering if anyone here has ever had this happen. I was at target today and got 4 soft soaps.. I found some of the new cvs beauty book coupons the other day, and decided I would use those instead of the printables.. Anyway, when she scanned the thing, it beeped, but I don't know why. Then she just entered them. I saw her enter all 4.. when I paid, it was more than I expected, but I had thrown alot of extra stuff I found in the order, so I just paid and ran out the door to work. I was looking at my receipt a few minutes ago and it looks like she charged me 2.00 x4.. says "merchandise [email protected]".. so, now I am mad cause not only am I out 8.00 in coupons, but I paid 8.00 for nothing.. but my question is, when I go back this weekend,, I really have no proof of what the charge was.. and I hate to call attention to my receipt, but we are talking 16.00!!

Call GS right now and tell them that instead of having (4) $2 coupons deducted, the cashier charged you for (4) items @ $2. They can go to her till and confirm that the Softsoap coupons are in there. Then when you return with your receipt it will be easier to remedy your situation. Make sure you get the name of the person you speak with and set-up a time to return when that person is working.
