Need to be careful with those, as I learned the hard "beeping" way. The Q is coded for 40000, and most of those big multi packs are 34000. So far at my reg. T, I have only found giant loose M&M bags for 8.29-ish. Maybe ST will have more selection of the mixed bags.
That would be because Hersey is 34000 and Mars is 40000, two different companies Smilie Hershey is Hershey, Reeses, Kit Kat, Twizzlers, Jolly Rancer, York, Mounds, Almond Joy and Ice Breaker gum. Mars Inc is M&M, Skittles, Starburst, Twix, Dove and Mars bars. Smilie Mars Inc also makes Sheba, Cesar and Royal Canin brand pet food, but those are different barcodes.

BTW, hot coupon on ebay this morning, short expiration date though! I know you can't post links to current auctions, but this is the title: 5 B2G1 Free Ziploc Bags Bonus Packs Coupons 7/15

They are 100% beef.. they are frozen in a way that you can take only one out at a time and cook it, which is one of the things I really like. They make great hamburgers, IMO.. nice big patties, you can get them in angus, lean, regular, onion, and maybe another flavor.. They cook nicely too. And you cook them from frozen, so no need to plan ahead or thaw.. just throw it on the grill or pan, and flip when the juices start on topWink
Thanks, those may be perfect for this weekend.

i think they also have cheese and jalapeno flavors. i bought angus to take over to my friends house last yr b/c i saw them at some baseball stadium (totally cannot remember which one) and wanted to try them and they were delish! i remember angus being more expensive at the supermarket and last time there was a big sale they were excluded.

We keep them in our freezer as an alternative to frozen pizza for crazy weekday nights. Throw them in a pan or on the grill for an easy dinner. nod They cook fast and no need for defrosting and making darn patties laugh out loud

We'll be taking home a few boxes this week. Just wish I could find that 3.5cf freezer as an 'as is' 75% special Please LMAO yeah right!!

He's perfect heart Thanks for asking Smilie He had a big smile on his face when I got in out of his crib this morning. I was definitely more traumatized than he was. I think that's (luckily!) usually the case.

I'm glad to hear he's doing fine. It's usually harder on Mom than the child. nod

What do you guys sell that you make so much $$ at your GS? I'm just not picturing it without large items but maybe I'm a loser and just not thinking big enough! : lol:
OMG Pantene, toothpaste, cleaning supplies, GLADE!, razors, pads, etc. My filler items or $ makers that we don't use go right into the g-sale stockpile.

Quote from crazy4vs :
*snip*

I had a lot of repeat customers in the same day. They would go home call their friends and come back with friends and relatives.
nod Thankfully my last sale (which that lady took down my signs) was salvaged due to this. About 10 customers and made $340. When my signs are up I normally pull in $600-$700 in 4 hours.

Quote from love2beeamom :
yeah, my hubby just told me I wouldn't make 500.00Mad I feel like I have a ton of stuff, but he may be right.. guess it depends on what I sell it for. Either way, some of this stuff has gotta go. It is just hard to think that shampoo, deo, tooothpaste, glade, etc, will add up to that much.. but we will seeCool
You'd be surpirsed what you can make off your swag.

Quote from hawaiiandawn :
Hey Trang. hug How are ya, girly? Girly You are so right about that. Our first sale, my husband acted like it was a big old pain in his patootie to help. When he saw the cashola we brought in, it was no problem getting him to help with the second one.
My husband is my shop manager. We live in what I call "Little Mexico" and DH does all the translating/Spanish PR. Roll

I price around 50% of retail for most items, and will usually only make deals on items when people buy in bulk.
*snip*
Yep, 50% of Walmart prices. I normally do not have many that haggle. Except those repeat customers that only speak spanish to DH. Annoyed He always gives in when I say no I am firm. Hey the next person is gonna be willing to pay 50% of retail.

Quote from Sharon526 :
Urgh, I just gave my 14 month old a bath and he stood up and pushed against the side of the tub so his little tub moved and he fell and hit his mouth on the side of the tub. He got up and I reached for him and then blood started pouring out of his mouth. He actually looked like he was choking on it! I grabbed toilet paper because that was the only thing within reach and pressed on his mouth to stop the bleeding. But by then he was covered in blood. I was so panicked that I took the shower thing and washed him off, wrapped him up in towels and held him until he stopped crying. Poor little thing. I couldn't tell where the blood was coming from, if you bit his tongue (he only has two teeth) or something else. So I gave him a bottle to make him feel better and put him in his crib but he got up and just stood there looking as his fisher price aquarium thing. So I'm wondering if I should let him sleep or if I should keep him up or maybe Tylenol? I feel so terrible Weeping
Comfort I know how you feel. When Mini Thrift was 18 mos she got a hold of a fork off the table and tripped on a throw rug. Yep, right into the lip the fork went. I was FREAKING out on the inside but needed to play calm and collected on the outside. Grabbed a popsicle, made her happy and helped with the swelling. I could then assess the *damage*. Thankfully the tines did not go through her lip.

My DW says you're about to become acquainted with yet another of the joys of first-time (nursing) motherhood.

Then she chuckled and walked away...

Wonder what she means? laugh out loud

Oh, BTW---those nifty tearpads for Snickers and Skittles/Starburst...what's everyone's favorite kind of candy to get with those (something cheap...I already found several expensive things); everything I've been finding (like at the checkouts) doesn't match up barcode wise and then the q's beep and the cashiers FREAK. Need beepless cheap candy items to fully enjoy my couponing and satisfy my sweet tooth. THANKS!
Twizzler Nibs on the pegs in the candy aisle. IIRC they are $1.49 each. Matched up with the $8 or $9 something chocolate works well for me.

Haha, we had my FIL come to our garage sale, he's Peruvian, so he translated/buttered up all the Spanish speaking people for us LMAO

OMG! I think I would have died if that were me Faint Like someone earlier said, the mouth bleeds A LOT and when it mixes with saliva it just looks so much worse. I swear it looked like DS has a mouth fullllllllllllll of blood. At first I was debating taking him to the ER but then I calmed down and saw he was just shaken up. But now he's fine Embarrassment

Can I even tell you how many bags of Nibs I have?!?! I'm sending them to Tootsie tomorrow! Smilie

Oh, and the B2G1 Ziplocs are 16s Smilie

Thanks for posting this...I don't feel so all alone having kids 14 years apart. Who else had a pretty wide gap...was that Drozee?

Sorry I know this topic is a few days old...I was out of town. My DD is 17, DS#1 is almost 4 and DS#2 is 15 months. So 13 1/2 years between the first 2 and 16 between her and DS#2. She loves her little brothers so much and is a great built-in-babysitter.

I think it was you! hug

It helps knowing that I am not completely Crazy and alone in this. 14+ years apart is quite the spread. I suppose God has a plan for us and this little boy on the way.
