So here's a puzzler. . . maybe some ebay experts can help. I bought some Qs at the beginning of June that never showed. I emailed the seller about a week ago and she promptly refunded my $$ (b!tched about it a little, but at least she did it
Anyway, now in the "My Ebay" dashboard, it's telling me I still need to pay her for the Qs. It's like her refund turned back the clock to when I had never payed her for them at all.

edit: Yes, you can. Go to My Ebay > Won, see the View order details all the way to the right? Click on the drop down arrow and click on "payment sent". Voila!
