This thread is being created so people -- generally, those people who can't seem to resist talking about off-topic junk in the Target coupon thread -- have a place to talk about shopping at Target and other miscellaneous matters.

All you folks who hang out in the Target coupon thread, start hanging out here instead! When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

Went to a brand new ST last night. They had these really cool futuristic looking shopping carts, they were all plastic, no metal and they drive as smooth as silk! Anyone else see these yet? Only ended up getting Eggos though. Store is too new to have any Jedi's and cashier selection was the major suck!
I love, love, love the newer carts. the double cart for 2 kids does corners like a racecar...so smooth. normally with the older double carts, i get a workout just turning corners. (i found my new target had great cashiers cause they were all a bit..... Confused so they were good to go)

Cherry, the newest super target I have been to (Roswell Super T in ATL) has those plastic carts. I like them, they just seem smaller when I am trying to get my 3yo in sit in the back part lol...I wish T had the double seater top buggy....I hate that double cart they have, feel like I should be pushing a pallet of wood on it, it is so big..
they are smaller, i noticed that too!! they are soooooo smooth.

That sucks the pull ups and easy ups do not work too well. I've gotta a couple of packs of those. I also found out the swimming diapers don't hold very well either!! I had DD in a swim diaper (Huggies brand) to run around a water fountain playground thing at the local zoo which she did not want to do and so we left and I kept her in the diaper since she didn't get wet. Drove out to meet my sister for lunch and when we finished lunch I went to pick DD up from the high chair and her bottoms were soaked! vomit So I quickly went to change her diaper to a regular one, but would have thought the swim diaper would have held something? Dontknow First experience with disposable swim diapers...I had always used the washable ones - but had some left over from when we went to the Keys...
dd is 4 and she uses Easyups/Pullups only for overnight accidents and she has NEVER peed through them Dontknow I have read about putting in those extra absorbancy paddings, but she has never needed them.

I did find out about Swim diapers being strictly for keeping #2 out of the pools laugh out loud I left one on dd when she was little and had to end up washing her entire carseat by the time we got home. EVERYTHING was soaked. Then, it dawned on me that they don't absorb anything-hence their usage in the pool Doh LMAO

We use goodnites at night, LOVE them. But they are way too expensive to use for car trips. So we just use them for naps and bed. This whole conversation reminded me about the underjams stock downstairs. Need to rotate some of that up and try those.

Ugh we have one of the simplicity cribs. Not the drop side but a regular one. The time to move to big boy bed is slowly creeping up on me

For those I trade with, got 8 inserts today.

If you have schick bogos left, CVS is bogo razors this week for a bunch of different kinds. Worth a trip there.
