My GD got one for her b-day but her Mom bought it second-hand (but unused) I think. It's one you use with a dvd player
Are the games for it the same as all Leapster games or no ?
TIA
We have the Word Whammer & the one before it Fridge Phonics I think? They have a new Fridge Phonics with a sun on it and a new version of the WW called New Fridge Words Magnetic Word Builder (I think Word Whammer sounds better lol) I have been told (and read) that it requires new letters --- ie ALL of the alphabet letters that worked on the WW & Original Fridge Phonics will not work on the new stuff ...... just in case you are buying stuff second hand to go with new stuff. As far as the "old" stuff goes the kids have LOVED them and made good use of them and the youngest ones still play with them!
We have the fridge farm animals and that has always been a hit with the kiddos but I never got the Fridge DJ thing.
We have the My First Leap Pad with the books & cartridges and I am not sure how much learning is actually accomplished - but it is a well played with toy. The cartridges from this can not be used on the older Leap Pads as they are wider/thicker for smaller hands - or marketing?
We have an old Leap Pad with Microphone & plain Leap Pad ... they are quite large and come with books and cartridges ... these cartridges are interchangeable. However, these are now outdated and you can only get used replacements for this stuff .... good find at garage sales or craig's list. Some of the ebay prices are CRAZY!
We have a Leapster LMax which is basically a glorified video game --- but there is some learning material there
There is a Diji now but that does NOT use the same cartridges as the Leapster stuff - it stands alone.
Then there is the Tag system of books - we got one of those and my son LOVES it much better than the LMax - but he is a story fanatic!!! For kiddos who are really really into video games the Leapster stuff is prob better. I see they now have the Tag JR - but I know nothing about that. HTH
I've only been to the Fitchburg store about 4 times in the last year while traveling for soccer games, but I never had a problem with using more than 1 TQ / transaction. I think that's kind of silly anyway. How many people go to a store and only buy one of something when there's a coupon & it's on sale. I can see maybe 3-4 of each coupon if they want to limit it. Maybe things have changed since I was there last. I know it's always a YMMV when it comes to using coupons at Target!
There is new that there is possibly another new Target being built in Madison near Hilldale but they don't know which kind .... HOPE for a ST that is coupon friendly!!!!!!!!!

Yes - it just seems that at the moment they are really being hard nosed about coupons to the point of ridiculousness! Especially when they set different limits if you are buying stuff and not using coupons from if you are using them. But hey - that is what they do.

I think I'll try to google it and see if I can find any more info on it.
Hope all of you are having a great day
Oh please let it be a ST! Even though the kiddo doesn't go to St. John's anymore. I would love a ST somewhere in the Milwaukee area. Somewhere anywhere that is within an hour's drive for me. Grafton Target is a baby one, which is the closest one for me and it is godo for a gallon of milk and that is about it for food. So...and hour north makes it to Manitowoc, west of me is like Menominee Falls. and hour south is Racine and southwest is Delafield/Waukesha.

I see SlickCate posted CDK. I love her. She is/was my main q resource. Probably not anymore.
Yellow screen at T, huh?
So Target came in and put in an offer but the local businesses (especially the grocery store there) is fussing that they can not handle the additional parking, traffic, (read competition) etc. Target said it is considering which level of Target would fit best - but thinking about the hole I don't think that a 186,000 square foot ST plus parking would fit ... heck I think they would be hard pressed to fit one of the 127,000 sq ft general stores. Target has said they are looking at "adjusting designs" to fit in with the architectural design of the Hilldale shopping area. LOL We shall see .... but still rooting for a coupon friendly one!!!!!
Hope y'all get a coupon friendly one in your neck of the woods!!!!
ROFL! Yup I sent in my name to get on the email list and received a bulk mailing about the 3000 requests or what have you .... WOW is all I can say! ROFL!!!!
Proves there are many many lurkers around here!!

I posted in the Deals thread, but I had a somewhat bizarre run tonight. Started with my cashier writing the values of all of my bogos/b2g1s on the coupons. She wrote the autodeducted values and didn't mess with anything, but very well could have.
Someone else told me her cashier did this over the weekend too. And I could've sworn I heard two employees (not ringing at the time) discussing something on the register and heard the words "deducted max value". But then again:
tootsie67: My summer stuff was 30% off. HTH
Oh I used that $2/$10 hasbro wyb chips, dip and it beeped INF even though I had all of the right items. I made sure I got Family Size bags of chips and even checked to make sure my 9 oz dip would count. I bought Spongebob Connect 4. Not sure what's up with that.
Bet there's no slickdeal on that service...
And wouldn't they want Monday to speed along with humps--er, bumps--if they were conscientious working girls?
Or is Monday an "off-day"?
