This thread is being created so people -- generally, those people who can't seem to resist talking about off-topic junk in the Target coupon thread -- have a place to talk about shopping at Target and other miscellaneous matters.

All you folks who hang out in the Target coupon thread, start hanging out here instead! When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

Kind of ironic since Kmart is so dumb on so many levels.
I have always thought that....so stupid on so many levels except one.... Cool

Since we're all greedy hoarders, have you guys tried washing those sippy cups yet??? There are like 5 pieces to wash. I like the cup, but don't know that I can keep up with washing them.

See, this is why I am going to hoard them if I ever find them. I"ll buy all of them they have and I won't wash them...I"ll just throw them away!

Just kidding!

ROFL!!! How on earth does one get a raincheck on an item that is not out on the shelf? Does one just go to the check out and say I need a raincheck on such & such a DCPI? I thought there had to be already made rainchecks??

Oh Plgffl - thank you so much for the code - it unfortunately wouldn't let me use it as it said that it was "expired" but I really appreciate your trying to assist! HUGS

Go to CS with the UPC and DCPI written down. Tell them "This is on sale, but I didn't see any on the shelves..." They offer to look it up for you, tell you there's none in stock. "Oh... darn. They are on sale right now. Could I get a raincheck?" To which they say, "Sure, how many??" Easy peasy!

and... they print with the "choose a substitute option" and a list of surrounding stores that show stock available - just in case you were wondering...

After all the drama and crud they pulled me with last year really left me with a sour taste in my mouth. At least the moron who pulled *most* of the stuff got fired. She derserved it woot

Happy to help!! Big Grin I hope you get in and out without an issue.

Are you going out of town soon? If they keep scanning cheap, pick up some RCs at friendlier stores.

Okay, has anyone's cashiers or umm floor people (what do you call them again?) ever made a comment about how cheap they were? Does the price show on the gun?

I've only talked to one person who looked maybe teenagerish - or early 20's. Didn't look like they had a kid, so I don't think they had a clue about how much these usually run. When I got that lovely slip of paper, they seemed confused as to why I'd think it was a good enough deal to get it...

So lame-o question here... what do they mean by hard lines and soft lines at target? I've heard reds use the terms before and was just curious. This afternoon, the guy that got the sippys for me said "oh, those are soft lines" after he looked them up...
