This thread is being created so people -- generally, those people who can't seem to resist talking about off-topic junk in the Target coupon thread -- have a place to talk about shopping at Target and other miscellaneous matters.

All you folks who hang out in the Target coupon thread, start hanging out here instead! When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

Thanks for the answers on the q's, everyone! I do occasionally order from the clipper sites and e*bay every now and then, but I thought I was missing something with quantity! laugh out loud

Ariel! Wave Nice to see you, dear! I haven't ventured into the SF thread much lately, but I need to get my vacation pictures scrapped, so I really need to work up some ambition! I heart your tattoos, and even more so the stories that go with them. I think that's what's so addictive to me - not the act of being inked, but the deliberation and planning, and the reasoning behind each of mine. laugh out loud Except the rose on my hip - I totally just wanted to see if they'd believe I was 18, which I suppose makes for a fun story in itself!

Sending happy thoughts everyone's way today - stormy, I feel your pain - DH has been laid off since November and if he doesn't get back to work soon, I may go Crazy . Or go back myself. Sadwalk

So my question is, should I leave neutral feed back? It litterally took me 20 minutes to sort them and get them all straightened out. I have never had this happen before, anytime i order multiples they are always nicely organized, clean cut and you can tell time is put into the process
Sellers cannot leave buyers anything other than positive feedback, so don't fear retaliation. However, I do think you should contact the seller and voice your concerns before leaving negative or neutral feedback. Explain that you feel the shipping charge was exorbitant and your feedback will reflect that. Also say that in the future, it would be nice if the coupons themselves were organized, as it took you quite some time to sort them out. If he or she doesn't respond to your concerns, I would not feel bad leaving neutral feedback. Also, be sure to use the detailed feedback and give 1's or 2's. Apparently, high volume sellers needs to avoid getting 1's or 2's, or they face increased seller fees.

alot of peeps on ebay will retaliate with your feedback if you leave them anything less than positive.. I am not saying you shouldn't, just be warned..It has happened to a couple of people I know. If I receive the items that I ordered, then I always leave positive feedback.. regardless of whether the shipping was slow, or not packaged as I would like.. But that is just me.
that defeats the point of feedback

Iagree

There are bad buyers just as there are bad sellers. This is one of those changes that I did not like.

Do you have any bogo q's for the head & shoulders and any q's for the Garnier. That's the first thing that popped into my head. You get $4.00 RR for 2 H&S, and 2.00 RR for the new Garnier.

I don't have any cash or RR's to roll, so I don't know if I"ll get into Wags this week. *maybe* friday when hubby gets paid, but we'll have to wait and see. I still have a ton of q's to use up at Target. (thank goodness for gc!)

I don't know what to do to roll it, sorry. I went and bought lots of Reynolds Wrap (small overage with $1 coupon and IVC.) Then I bought tons of bubble mailers that were on sale for .39.

Or get one bubble mailer and a GC maybe?

So Dpags..tell us how it felt! See Sharon, she did it Stick Out Tongue j/k You can do it, like I said it's more like a flesh wound. Kind of like road rash or something.

**

SBH~ I have a large on on my ankle and everytime he would hit the bone my leg would involuntarily jump.

**

Ugh, wanna know what hurts (to me) getting a tattoo over another one. The scar tissue is already there and they have to "pack it" to put new ink over it. Cold
They had to do that on my tramp stamp (the lower back tattoo)

**

Tattoo idea ~ 4 leaf clover on your inner thigh or bikini line...cause you're lucky if you see it laugh out loud

If you count once a month shopping at the most for me, then it does.
I currently live at Target and Kmart for doubles week. Walmart isn't that great.

Besides that company would not hired me in 2001 because I worked at JcPenney's and the store manager stated that since I worked in retail I could not work at their store. I replied," Name me five things that are sold in this store that is also sold at Penney's?" Guess what I didn't get the job and I pretty much quit shopping there.

The answer for the above question was Teletubbies VCR tapes. One item matched.

My SIL just sent me this in an email. Some of it is kind of funny. Hope someone gets at least a chuckle....

After I retired, my wife insisted that I accompany her on her trips to Target. Unfortunately, like most men, I found shopping boring and preferred to get in and get out. Equally unfortunate, my wife is like most women -she loves to browse. Yesterday my dear wife received the following letter from the local Target.

Dear Mrs. Samsel,

Over the past six months, your husband has caused quite a commotion in
our store. We cannot tolerate this behavior and have been forced to ban
both of you from the store. Our complaints against your husband, Mr.
Samsel, are listed below and are documented by our video surveillance
cameras.

1. June 15: Took 24 boxes of condoms and randomly put them in other
people's carts when they weren't looking .

2. July 2: Set all the alarm clocks in Housewares to go off at 5-minute
intervals.

3. July 7: He made a trail of tomato juice on the floor leading to the
women's restroom.

4. July 19: Walked up to an employee and told her in an official voice,"Code 3 in Housewares. Get on it right away." This caused the employee to leave her assigned station and receive a reprimand from her Supervisor that in turn resulted with a union grievance, causing management to lose time and costing the company money.

5. August 4: Went to the Service Desk and tried to put a bag of M&Ms on
layaway.

6. August 14: Moved a 'CAUTION - WET FLOOR' sign to a carpeted area.

7. August 15: Set up a tent in the camping department and told the children shoppers he'd invite them in if they would bring pillows and blankets from the bedding department to which twenty children obliged.

8. August 23: When a clerk asked if they could help him he began crying
and screamed, 'Why can't you people just leave me alone?' EMTs were
called.

9. September 4: Looked right into the security camera and used it as a
mirror while he picked his nose.

10. September 10: While handling guns in the hunting department, he
asked the clerk where the antidepressants were.

11. October 3: Darted around the store suspiciously while loudly humming
the ' Mission Impossible' theme.

12. October 6: In the auto department, he practiced his 'Madonna look'
by using different sizes of funnels.

13. October 18: Hid in a clothing rack and when people browsed through, yelled 'PICK ME! PICK ME!'

14. October 21: When an announcement came over the loud speaker, he
assumed a fetal position and screamed 'OH NO! IT'S THOSE VOICES AGAIN!'

And last, but not least:

15. October 23: Went into a fitting room, shut the door, waited awhile, then yelled very loudly, 'Hey! There's no toilet paper in here.' One of the clerks passed out.

I had one for $10 as well that expired Sunday. I could not figure out how to roll it. I used it to buy a binder for my coupons that was in the ad for $7.99. The one I had did not zip and had dumped coupons out of the holders a couple of times. I think the one I got is nice. I probably could have gotten it cheaper some place on clearance in Sept.but splurged. 2 Az teas, 2 Starbucks frappucinos with the $1 off coupons, 3 Mars candy bars with the $1/2 coupon, and 3of the mailers with only one 50 cent coupon. My total after the register reward was 56 cents. Someone posted in the WAGS thread that the Post trail mix was $2.50 and with the $2 coupons that would have been a good deal, but my WAGs did not have the trail mix variety.
