I am assuming you are talking abt the jc penney cpn..There is a thread in hot deals where someone has posted a scan..YMMV if your stores accept it...
It was prompted by buying the GM cereal cups. Save $2 wyb 5 GM Big G cereals
It's a manu Q that expires 10/6/09. It's clearly from target as it says Redeemable at (with a huge bullseye).
Will be interesting to see if we have issues using them elsewhere.
Also, Ziploc big bags and totes on TPC for 4.99 until 9/4, I think.

We are now the proud owners of 20 boxes of mac & cheese.
This thread cracks me up b/c we are actually hoping for a baby in our bday month. (We are 2 weeks apart). Actually, I have 3 other sisters and a sister in law in the same month. Ha!
But too late I told DH about the 100 night thing before thinking it through.
I still buy the occasional item, but really don't mess with them much anymore. For all the claims that I have had and won you would think they would really try harder to get rid of some of the dishonest sellers, but I guess even they can't say when a good seller could turn bad. I have also had to deal with charge backs as a seller, but my items were usually $50 or less so delivery confirmation was enough. So when they said they didn't get it, I always had the needed proof that yes they did according to the Post Office.
I know what you mean. I was trusting to and got burned many times when I was younger, before I wised up to scam artists all over on ebay. Believe me I have dealt with not receiving the item to expensive designer fakes more than once.
