I'd post signs all over the neighborhood, plus a 'Lost' ad in the local paper, Craigslist, PetFinder, the whole nine yards. Say the dog is LOST and you will pay XXX reward, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. That will be less likely to scare off the dog-napping asshats who have him...and, maybe since he's fixed and thus cannot be bred, they will value the amount of the reward more than the value of the dog.
Of course, *I* would also meet them in a public place and then totally renege on the "no questions asked" part, getting their license plate number and turning it over to the po-po. Or just go all Charles Bronson on their azz...
But then, that's me. I don't believe in karma (can't afford to), and I have a tendency to be a wee bit vindictive...just a bit.

Something weird is going on there. . .
I have been so confused with Q's lately and deals..maybe on overload- was getting chex mix and combos mixed up.... the Target combo Q does not work on chex mix

Tonight is DS first night in toddler bed. He asked me to stay but I didn't. He fell asleep. I hope he doesnt' wake up a lot. He looked so cute. I told him if he stays in bed all night he will get to go to the park in the morning and get fries too. He seemed really excited so I'm hopeful.
OK I need to go dig out receipts and boy will that be a hoot.
