These look like the ones I found at the peds office beginning of the year..Unfortunately those expired so maybe these are new ones...

These look like the q's that tend to be in Doc's offices. We don't go to the doc's often, but if/when we do I'll keep an eye open. Also, ask at your doc's office. Sometimes they have them stuck somewhere inconspicuous.
