I started my yoga class yesterday morning. It's been 10 years since the last time I had a yoga class. Because of the schedule, I ended up going to a HOT yoga session for 75 minutes. The room was set to 95 degree with heat blowing in every corner of the classroom. The instructor was, oh man, a flawless too-good-to-be-true pretty boy with a perky butt (yep, it's impossible not to notice it
On my way back home, I took a slightly longer route for less traffic. I couldn't believe that I saw 3 Publix stores, 2 Kroger stores, 1 Rite Aid, 2 CVS, 1 Target, 1 Walgreen for my 7-mile drive (no detour whatsoever). I honestly did not know that!! All the tranquility and inner peace that I just felt from my yoga class was nowhere to be found as soon as I saw 2 Publix stores in a row.
I am going back for another yoga class this afternoon. I must stay away from that route that I took to get home yesterday. Otherwise, that 7-mile drive will take 3 hours - worst traffic jam ever!
