No No ! It's a Rebate on the mix — YOU still need to make the pancakes . Remember the guy on the DD commercials who had to get up early and make the donuts . Well that s what you will look like after making the pancakes !

Sorry to hear! I would definitely say the safer option is to buy in-store. I had no trouble with it picking up my regular register receipt for the baking sugar.

Oh sorry I submitted the other day for the sugar substitute one and still haven't heard back from them. Hopefully they get it together otherwise it's going back to Amazon lol

No choice but Amazon for me - stores around only carry the GF pancake mix and I wanted buttermilk. Only $5 rebate, but worth the try.
